The schedules are flexible to the taste of the visitor. If tourists like it, they can spend more or less time at different tourist attractions. The coordination is directly with the tour guide.
To make the payment of the tour you must complete the information required in our ‘reservation form’ and add the extra services you wish to add. Then payment by credit card must be made.
The shared service tour allows a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 18 tourists per group. The private tour allows a maximum of 6 tourists per group.
The 1-day Sacred Valley tour begins with the tourist pick-up from the door of your hotel. The tour ends with the return in Plaza San Francisco, a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas of Cusco. The ‘Private’ service ends at the visitor's hotel door.

Don’t worry! We will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco. The location doesn’t matter. We cannot always pick up at private residences or Airbnb’s. If you’re staying in a private residence or Airbnb, we will do our best to pick you up at that spot or nearby. We will let you know 1 day in advance exactly where.
There are two types of tickets. A General Cusco Ticket has a price of S/. 130.00 Soles. This ticket allows you to visit 16 sites. It is recommended that you purchase this ticket if you will have time to take the City Tour, the Moray Tour or for visiting the South Valley.
The Cusco Partial Tourist Ticket has a price of S/. 70.00 soles. This ticket includes every site on the Sacred Valley Tour and is valid for only two days.
You don’t necessarily need to wear trekking shoes, but your footwear should be comfortable, because at Pisac and Ollantaytambo Archeological Complexes you will be taking short walks in the mountains.
It’s better to take this tour during the dry season from April to December. From January to March it is usually cloudy and sometimes it rains.
Sacred Valley Tour can be canceled up to 48 hours in advance. All cancelations involve some kind of penalty.
