Digital photography has allowed me to take advantage of my career and the passion for capturing a moment. While it takes great talent to paint or sketch a picture, I have always been a fan of photography. Photography has allowed me to see my great great grandfather, my dad in uniform with his unit in WWII, etc. Photography has also taken me to all the continents of the world, to the highest and lowest places on Earth and even below the seas. What a shame there isnt a photo of the Parthenon after its completion.

I cope so much better with life when I can incorporate yoga into all that I do, not just the 90 minutes I spend in class. She’s an attentive, appreciative student who would benefit from regular asana work. But I can empathize with her dilemma. Sometimes, one must take care of pending “business” before one can fully commit to yoga .

In other words, if your partner or family resents your taking time for yoga , you will probably be agitated inside. Likewise, if your high-powered career requires 12-hour workdays seven days a week and you’re barely coping, you will probably have trouble focusing on yoga. Also, this year we welcome students from The RSEC Academy as they visit classrooms with stories told through theatre and drama. We are excited to see their monthly unique storytelling and story presentations. The middle school students have been looking forward to sharing their time, learning, and sharing experiences with the students of Sunrise.
